You may of course, always place your order directly through our Live-Chat or Over the phone.
1.2. Age-Friendly: To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you're under 18, no worries! Ask your parent or legal guardian to lend a hand.

We definitely aim to serve you & get your nationwide, but as for now Hungerezi food delivery services are only available in Delhi (NCT). 3. Quality Food and Allergen Awareness
We don't sell anything in the name of all natural or 100% organic, we rather try and always ensure no-false claims, but delicious dining is served.

4. FlexEasy Cancellations & Refunds
4.1. Oops, Changed Your Mind? No worries! You can cancel your order before it's confirmed at Hungerezi, from either of the ends (by you or by us). Once confirmed, contact our customer support for assistance.
4.2. Refunds with a Smile: Your money is important to us, as it is to you. We want you to be happy with your Hungerezi experience. Refunds for cancellations or quality issues will be handled promptly as per our refund policy. In-odd times, if for certain realtime situation the money can't be refunded, we would try and ensure an equivallent cash-in voucher is added back to your members section.
If there is a problem with your order, such as incorrect items or poor quality, we advise you to please immediately contact our customer support & we shall guide you through what you may need to do, to ensure you still end up with a pleasant service & a satisfying experience and if necessary, provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement of the affected item(s).
